I loved amicable and helpful employees!

this was an extremely convenient and unique hotel for rest. location: the venue was very close to osaka zoo, tennoji station which connects all over osaka on the jr or local subway lines, and namba and umeda. food in the sports bar was delicious.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the variety of amenities provided. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to arrive and explore the city. The staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped, with basic amenities for both kids and adults, like a massage chair and a large humidifier. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options to cater to different preferences.

Very little space for luggage.

Very central location very close to Tennoji railway station (only three stops to the lively centre of the city, at the same time with the train without changing in 40 minutes at Kansai airport).

The rooms were exceptional and wonderful with 6 tv's kept by the amicable staff.

The room was impressive and exceptional, I loved that it was complete with both kids n adult and a massage chair and queen size bed.

We had an amazing city trip as we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of freebies this hotel had to offer. the buffet breakfast was mouth-watering, and the addition of a free dessert was a treat. the special phone provided as a personal hotspot was a lifesaver, making our trip much easier while exploring the city. the hotel's location near the station made it easier for us to move around and enjoy the sights!

Although we had a great time, we noticed that the late check-in time can be a little daunting. We recommend that the hotel should add an earlier check-in time.

The amenities at Bali Tower Hotel Tennoji were outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised to find a massage chair in my room, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary face care products, phone cables, bath salt, and snacks, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the cute frog decoration theme throughout the hotel, adding a unique touch to the overall ambiance.

Loved the amazing amenities provided by this hotel - it was like having a personal spa in the room! The shower was fantastic and the bath even better. The location was also perfect for my business trip, with easy access to public transportation and several shopping malls nearby.

While the rooms were well-appointed, they were a bit small and cramped for my liking. It would have been nice to have more space to move around in.

Window Placement: The bed being against the wall under the window made it chilly to leave the window open and enjoy the fresh air during my stay.

The hotel offers complimentary bath facilities, wine, a variety of teas, and desserts, which is great for vegetarians and vegans. The room sizes are generous and the staff is very helpful. The location is convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Tennoji Station, and there are several food options nearby.

Felt at home, no complaints.
